THE MISSION

The mission of National Youth Placement Corp-Foster Care  is to provide a nurturing therapeutic foster family to every child in need of a safe loving home to call their own.  With integrative and holistic behavioral health services we strive to heal, give life, and hope to troubled youth.   To this extent, NYPC’s goal is to uplift every SINGLE youth in which we are graced to serve to his or her highest level.  Our founding principle is to minister to the youth by maximizing our charge to “A.I.M.” (Accommodate, Integrate and Motivate). Through “A.I.M.”, we seek to arrest any strongholds of behavioral health disparities impeding against the quality of life for a child in need of a loving home.   We “A.I.M.” to give rise to successful outcomes to our youth and the community.  Thus, National Youth Placement Corp-Foster Care pledges to advocate for every SINGLE child, no matter where they are in life.

WHY BECOME A FOSTER PARENT?

Being a foster parent is a calling.

For a child to be deprived and in many cases forced to grow up on his or her own with no family, lowers  the child’s probability of their potential to one day walk in greatness.  Every child deserves to have a right to become GREAT!   The most important refuge a child can have is a safe and loving home, and a parent to call “Mom” or “Dad”.   As a foster parent, you have the ability to literally transform the life of a child.  Many families have guest bedrooms that have never been used, homes offices that are never worked in, or just an extra room in the house. Children coming into foster care has become a national epidemic.  As a foster parent, you can provide the very lifeline to the estimated 4 children who die everyday from child abuse and neglect.

Showing You Care.
“It takes a village to raise a child.”  By fostering, you become a vital part of that village.  At NYPC, we believe in promoting a loving and caring environment by partnering with individuals willing to open their homes to our youth. If you don’t, then who will?

Being a Foster Parent is a commitment that should not be taken lightly.  Providing a safe home for a child in need is more than an extra room or bed. You become the hope for our next generation.

Troubled youth who have been deprived, neglected, physically and emotionally abused, sexually exploited, left out in the cold with no food, are the children who make up who NYPC-Foster Care speaks for.  If you don’t, then who will?
